Retreat and Beginning of Term

The seminarians have all begun their lectures this week at their respective Pontifical Universities and life begins to settle back into the routine of prayer, study, community time, and relaxation. The community was blessed last week to be on retreat at Villa Palazzola from Tuesday to Sunday. During the retreat Fr Mark Sultana, spiritual director of the seminary in Malta, guided us through some of the principal themes of prayer and service. His insights, and particularly his wonderful knowledge of scripture, will stay with us for much time to come and should lead us to an ever deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
